Investing in Max Property Funds

U can invest through two different ways in Max Property Funds. Through our Max Crowdfund platform you can invest, entirely digitally, fast and simple in one of our funds. Would you rather like to fill in paperwork? That is no problem. Below you will find a step-by-step plan of both methods.


Method investing via Max Crowdfund

Create an account via

Make sure you pass Clearance Level 1 and 2

Look in your dashboard at ‘assets’ to select the funds you want to invest in
Select the ‘BUY’ button
Fill in the amount you would like to invest
Select the ‘BUY’ button
You will receive an e-mail with payment instructions
Your investment will show up in your dashboard once the payment is received
Go to your dashboard and select ‘orders’ to see which orders you have placed
Select the ‘transactions’ button in your dashboard to see all your transactions. Here you can see on which date and time you did a transaction. This information is registered on the blockchain and is therefore irrefutable. This is at all times your purchase receipt.

Method investing non digitally

Read the information document and prospectus of the fund of your interest
Download the registration form from the funds page
Fill in the form and make sure you fill it in completely
Add the following documents to the form:

  • Copy of your ID
  • Copy of a proof of your address
Email the form and attachments to You can also send the form via ordinary mail to: Brielselaan 85, 3081 AB, Rottterdam
We send the documents to Confidon in Breda, our fund administrator and supervisor
Once you have been approved after the “Know Your Customer” checks you will receive the payment instructions from Confidon
Once your payment has been received you receive a confirmation and your returns will start to accumulate.
U will get regular updates from Max Property Group about the current situation of the funds and you will receive quarterly and yearly reports
Every quarter you will receive your returns automatically on your bank account
